James Ginzburg
James Ginzburg is a British/ American artist and musician based between Berlin and Clackmannanshire, Scotland. James began releasing music in 2003 under various aliases and was part of the early dubstep scene, founding Subtext Recordings in 2004 and Tectonic with Pinch in 2005. In 2005 James began working with British Artist and Curator Paul Purgas on the project emptyset, which has gone on to releasing numerous albums and EPs and presenting work and performances across contexts such as Tate Britain, Berghain, Kunsthalle Zurich, and Unsound festival.
In 2004 James also founded Multiverse Music, a label house and music publishing company, specialising in experimental electronic music and contemporary composed music.
